Caloric Deficit

So I recently started this. I’m always under my caloric goal for food wise and I workout burning 600 calories and up/ 6-7 days a week. I just worry that I’m not burning enough to create the deficit I hear so much about to lose the weight.
Example: this is one of my higher nights but still.....
Goal: 1640
What I ate:1458
Burned: 662

——Am I okay?

1st, idk how you calculate that calorie burn, but it is high.
2nd, 1458 is already a calorie deficit before exercise
So 3rd, if both are correct, you have a major deficit going. Ok? Probably not.
What are you stats? What are your goals?

"Because your daily calorie goal already accounts for your intent to gain or lose weight at a particular rate, you can achieve your goal by eating the specified number of calories per day, with no additional exercise required. If you do exercise, your daily calorie goal will then increase for the day, to stabilize your weight loss or weight gain at the rate you initially specified."

    Worth reading the whole article.
