I can't eat right now

I have a god awful toothache, seeing the dentist on Thursday but right now and since lunchtime yesterday I can't eat anything. I'm hoping it won't lead to a horrible gain when I start eating properly again

ETA sorry, posted in wrong place...stupid pain and ibuprofen addled brain :-(

Just been drinking warm water, I really can't tolerate anything else. I'm not even hungry but I think that's the pain. Just so annoyed as I've been so on track! Oh well, get it fixed then back to being tracking queen ;-)

I meant not eating for a few days then going back to eating normally might push the scales up on my next weigh in. If it won't do that...wonderful!
  • Make smoothies, blend vegetables and fruits. Grab some protein drinks. Mash potatos and soup is what usually gets me through a situations like this.

It might spike from where you bottom out at, but you will likely net a loss.
