Is it accurate in measuring heart rate or not
I find one smartwatch online that is pretty cheap about 20 USD in my local currency
Is it accurate or crap to buy it ?
Thank you really appreciate your insights

Did you look up the brand on Consumer Reports? What did they say?

Some are decent, some are lousy. A lot are better at measuring when you're not moving a lot, so good for things like morning resting heart rate, but not for high intensity exercises. Things like weight lifting have you moving and bending your wrists a lot, which moves the sensor around wrt your blood vessels, and also lets stray light into the sensor. Finally, depending on your skin tone and amount and color of hair on your wrist, they work better for some people than others.

I’m looking for the same...a watch that won’t break the bank. There seem to be some good reviews out there, but I’m not even sure I know what makes one good or bad. Any insight would be great! Ty

Buy one that has proper quality control. My first fitbit had a fault and the hr sensor burned my skin. At least they took responsibility for that. I still have a bit of a scare there though
