New but not new~

I joined back for accountability since my weight and energy levels have changed (for the worse) since menopause. I have gained 12 pounds in 2 years and I sure hope this isn't going to be a trend. I am active despite it all but clearly I need to find new ways to work with my changed hormones and energy levels in order to drop 10 pounds, at least. It used to be Drop Six, hence the moniker but I blew way past that.
