                    Hi  Everyone,
I am Joel (age 40). I have been doing beachbody on demand videos daily for 4 months (with some off day yoga mixed in). While I have gotten decent results, after trying this app today and seeing how bad I actually ate HOPEFULLY will make me have better choices. I have never logged food before so hoping this will slow down my late at night snacking. I am at 191 pounds and hoping to get down to 179 as I continue to workout through far better eating.
