Hi everyone, I've been on this app for almost 10 years. 3.5 of those I religiously tracked and lost an amazing amount of weight. Now I have injuries and the menopause and its all really difficult. So, I'm of the opinion now I need to concentrate more on my calorie intake while I can't do much more than walk. I've logged back into my original account and it's great to be able to look back. If anyone wants to buddy up, happy to help motivate you and vice versa to get this party started!
I do walk a lot as I have 9 dogs. I also have a gym at home, but I'm struggling with knees and shin splints, plus a torn bicep from a fall. So my top and bottom are shot. Would welcome advice on what you do in the same circumstances.
