I am nearing 40 yrs old in 3 months and weigh like 204 pounds and am 6'2 height. I have gut. I also have arthritis in knees and missing some cartilage in 1 knee from a few years ago. I am a runner and run short distances i am looking for good strength training programs for home that dont involve jumping or things that would hurt knees. I am in the process of losing weight and woukd also like to build lean muscle and try to make my abs visible and somewhat lean. Anyone know of programs, apps? That fit my situation? Preferably free? I do own a mat, dumbells, and some basic equipment at home

you can do a lot with just dumbbells and a basic bench and body weight exercises like push ups and chin ups/pull ups. check out https://youtube.com/user/JDCav24 he has tons of routines from beginner to advance. Also, you can do all kinds of ab exercises, but it all starts with your diet.2
