To lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit. Enter your info into mfp and let that help calculate your calories. Remember to log any exercise separate, and eat back those calories.3 -
If you aren't losing weight over a period of several weeks you are by definition not in a caloric deficit.
If you are maintaining weight on average over several weeks simple eat a few hundred calories daily.
If you're actually gaining weight on average, then post the rate of the weight gain you have been trending and we can give you a ball park where to adjust your calories.3 -
Eat a little less.4

I am currently struggling to lose also at this time of isolation. I have been focused for the last four weeks. Doing a 360 Burn program Which includes weights and interval cardio Alternating daily in addition to walking 3-4 miles. MFP indicates I’m Burning anywhere from 1300- 1500 calories. I’m logging exercise and my food Plus a journal . I am in deficient to the point that after completing Diary. I get “yelled “at for not eating enough calories... I can get to 1,100 but have difficulty going much higher. . I am gluten intolerant so i cannot eat processed carbs. I have lost a very minimal amount , Liam

The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories, and you should be eating back your exercise calories.
6-8 lbs is going to be slow weight loss. A .5 lb or less a week.2
