Carbs or calories

I am still kind of new at this. Is it best to count calories or carbs. Help please. Ty

    If your goal is weight loss, that is created by a calorie deficit. Some people find that limiting carbohydrates makes it easier for them to consistently hit their calorie goal. But their weight loss is still created by a calorie deficit.
