Hello Everyone,
Today is the start of my journey. Starting at 267, I’m giving myself one year to loose 70 lbs, with small goals of 10 lbs as benchmarks. In one year from now, I’ll look back and say, “it seemed impossible but NOW it’s done!” Take it one day at a time, start where your feet are at and continue from there! Much success to all!
