speed or incline

it depends on your goals:
looking to drop body fat? HIIT at a medium incline
looking to increase stamina/endurance? low incline moderate speed
looking to tone legs, not lose gains/muscle, work your butt? highest incline, slower speed
This. I use a treadmill for HIIT sometimes at a 1.0 incline with speed set on 10 for a full out sprint, other times I crank the incline up high and kick the speed up to about 5 or 6 for a climbing push. Both methods definitely get the HR close to max for 20 seconds, and that's all I ever need it to do. Love the results so far!0 -
and your results speak alot ! congratulations0
