Just saying hi. I’ve been weight lifting for a few years now and played with my diet a lot. My body can be super stubborn, well, maybe it’s just me? 🤷🏽♀️😁 Anyways, I’m back to doing keto and working out 6x a week. Feeling better every day. Nice to see so many on here giving their best and wanting to be healthy. That’s what’s most important. To be healthy. Hope every stays safe and well during these crazy times.
