Are you that type who loses and then gain it back?? me too

hey guys!

This is my first time using Myfitnesspal
I am one of those type of person who eats and losses again. My story is that I exercise and lose weight then I stop for while and eat go enjoy and gain it back, but now I am getting older and I want to stop doing that.
My weight is 140 right now I am trying to lose 20 pounds for good and never gain it back.
help me out here I need some motivation now.

    The key is patience and consistency. Give yourself six months, at least.

    Also, I don't know if it's a great idea to look for people who have the same weakness as you. Perhaps it's better to find really strong, committed people to help motivate you, instead of ones that will accept your excuses on days when it gets rough.

    this. Highly recommend getting people who do not have that problem and the people who don't have that problem supporting the ones that do.
