Day one.... smashed it!!

I've been struggling with overeating recently, ever since lockdown. I'd reached maintenance a couple of months ago and stopped tracking about a month ago. But since the slower pace of life began, the stress eating soon followed. My weight has slowly crept up and over my maintenance range and is the highest it's been since November. Hopefully some of water weight?!
I desperately don't want to undo all my hard work. I think part of the problem is I'm not as active as I was, even with exercise my NEAT is probably way off how it was before.
So day 1 back to counting and I'm 2 calories over(!) and have hit protein and fiber targets.
Shout out to anyone who's struggling at this time. Be kind to yourself. It's not easy. We can do this!! ❤
