How do you track 45 min of Barre Class?

Help. I don't see it as one of the exercise choices and its been my go to.

Actually, I think I'm going to track it as Yoga or Pilates.2

I log it as the lowest calorie yoga workout. I don't think it burns a massive amount of calories. Sure, some squats involved in the class I'm doing, but also lots of static stretches, which I doubt burn anything substantial.2

I do barre 3 times a week and don’t even count it because it’s not a calorie burning thing. I love it and have gotten so much stronger but the benefit is in the building muscle which results in a higher burn when you are just resting.1

Although yoga or Pilates os probably a fair substitute1

I find it very relaxing over lunch break once or twice a week instead of doing bodyweight/kettlebell exercises.0
