It's ALMOST All in the Diet...

I was playing around with my HRM last night and discovered that it keeps a running total of how many workout sessions I've done and how many calories I've burned since I bought it back in June. I've done 30 workouts and burned a little over 10,000 calories. 10,000 calories = maybe 3 lbs lost through exercise alone...not very much. Since June, I've lost around 20 lbs so only 3 of those pounds came from working out. All the proof I need that it's 99% in the diet.
