I have no idea what I’m doing

The cycle is so real. I can’t get out of my bad habits. I’m starting again and hoping I get it right this time. Any encouragement is greatly appreciated ❤️

    I'm trying to lose 70 lbs.

    Don't try to change all your habits at once. Just add small good habits gradually, step by step you can get there :+1:

    start with one change at a time that you want to make - i've been around MFP for a long time and it seems as those who are successful long-term - set sustainable/achievable goals (i.e. slower rate of loss vs. fast); and make small changes at once (i.e. focusing on getting adequate protein and then moving onto another goal)
