I need food ideas !

Im not reaching my daily intake goals.. not eating enough colories.
Can anyone give me some meal ideas For lunch and dinner?

    How many calories do you need? If your goal is weight loss, you probably should be able to think of calorie-dense foods that you enjoy eating. If I have extra calories left, some of my favorite foods are nuts/nut butter, chocolate, potatoes, tortilla chips, avocado/guacamole, hummus, or a craft beer.
