I swim like a turtle. I run like an elephant. I skip like a new born foal and bike like a circus bear.
But do I care?

I'm not trying to impress.
In fact, I could care less.

You think I'm a fool.
You say I'm uncool.

Well I'm gonna be fit.
While you continue to sit...



Let's do something people. Our lives have been given a shake. So let's really shake it and put the important things back together...

So why did I post this poem. It was April 2016 when. I started my journey. I couldn't do 10 push-ups. in a row and when I jumped rope my kids told me I looked ridiculous.

I did!



I don't now....

You can do it! Ignore the doubters and. haters. Don't worry about what you look like. My kids were right I did look silly. But they now know what hard work and dedication can accomplish.

Sooo inspiring!! I hated going to the gym when I was obese because I thought people would think I looked ridiculous. Hard work does pay off though!! 🤩💪🌟 Excellent poem, btw!!
