Getting uncomfortable!

Hello. I’m Nancy and I’m trying MFP again after years away. The past 10 months I’ve been dealing with an illness that’s all healed now and I have a lot of energy now. However, I’m at an all time high with my weight, my eating habits are terrible, and I struggle with be consistent with physical activity. In the two days of tracking I’ve done I realize I’m consuming at least 4,500 calories and a whole lot of carbs everyday. I am ready to create new habits and appreciate any tips
Wishing everyone well!!!

That title is a good thing. Meaningful change generally doesn't happen in the comfort zone.

You can do this. Maybe planning ahead will help and maybe reducing the carbs. Doing the menu as I eat helps. It keeps me accountable. I know how you feel though. Sugar and carbs draw me in and my sugar junkie twin appears and consumes me. I am trying to choose only healthy carbs and limit those for a snack. I’m fighting with you. This is my 5th day. Don’t give up.0
