Getting uncomfortable!

Hello. I’m Nancy and I’m trying MFP again after years away. The past 10 months I’ve been dealing with an illness that’s all healed now and I have a lot of energy now. However, I’m at an all time high with my weight, my eating habits are terrible, and I struggle with be consistent with physical activity. In the two days of tracking I’ve done I realize I’m consuming at least 4,500 calories and a whole lot of carbs everyday. I am ready to create new habits and appreciate any tips :)
