Hi everyone, after starting and stopping numerous times I’m finally ready to get real about losing weight. I’m a single mum, my little girl is 2 y.o. I’m 43, 167 cm and 72 kgs (gw - 60 kgs). Love running and strength training but I struggle maintaining exercise routines because my energy fluctuates often.
Vices are sweet foods and wine/cider. Please join me if interested, let’s hold each other accountable! :)

    Hi. Our vices and story sound very similar. Only I don't have a lot of valid reasons to not stay consistent. I'm single, 49 years old, no kids. I just hyper focus sometimes and other times I can't focus to save myself. I'll join your support-accountability team.
