Anyone want to join me losing at least 2lbs this week? I find myself joining the monthly challenges then forgetting or failing. I’m hoping that taking it week by week will help me stay focused.
SW - 227lbs (I’m blaming lockdown)
GW - 225lbs
I’m doing Joe Wicks (the bodycoach) mon-fri with my kids then a big walk on sundays for exercise and I’ll be tracking all my food.

Might be water retention from the exercise. It's not likely you lost 2 lbs of fat in one day. Remember weight loss isn't linear.0 -

I think my scales were out of balance on the first couple of days from not being used then being moved around. I was probably around 229/228 so if I’m 227/226 by tomorrow, I’ll be happy 😊1 -
Ok last day of the week and it looks like I’ll be starting the next week in a similar position. I can see a lot of bloating has gone and I’m convinced I was nearer 229/228.
