What if you don't like hot drinks ?
I can't remember a time when I ever liked hot drinks and I have tried most things to get myself onto them, but for some reason nothing seems to work. Normally if I don't like something I just wouldn't do it and get on with my life, but at the moment I am having trouble with energy levels. I have been to the doctor so many times about this and i've given up trying to get any sort of sense out of them.
My doctors are pretty useless.
So instead of using something like tea or coffee to give me my energy boost, I use energy drinks and caffeinated fizzy pop & mass amounts of sugar. That's not something I'm proud of at all but I really don't know what else I can do.
I've tried bannanas and iron tablets, just about everything I could think of but it has no effect. So maybe getting onto some sort of tea or coffee (I've heard some teas such as green tea are very good for you?) may be a good idea. Any tips ?
