5 Years Logging on MFP

My 5 year MFP anniversary was on April 11. I've been pretty loopy but euphoric recently, and it's been part of my long goal.
After years of anxiety I started walking more and counting kilojoules in 2015.
I got to my goal weight in a year, losing 35kg/80lb.
I've started loads of threads on MFP, including several in the Most Helpful Posts lists.
My best advice for success is to:
Read the Most Helpful Posts stickies/announcement posts;
Learn to use the MFP Search function;
Join some challenges;
and,
Get to know and befriend MFP users/posters who are consistently rational and helpful.
Add me if you like.
MFP has been amazing. So much support and information and fun.
Friendships and habits I've gained have been life-changing.
Now I'm alcohol-free, fit, volunteering, eating good stuff and travelling Australia and the world, and learning and thriving.
My Schrödinger's marriage ended amicably and beneficially this past year, and the future looks like a bright clean field of dreams and adventures.
