New member hello

Hi everyone. I have been using the app for nearly two weeks and just discovered the community tab. I am 69 years old in September, looking to lose so,e weight rather than put it on during the COVID lockdown. 6lbs lost already and loving the app.

    Thanks for the welcome. I have lost just over ten pounds in 40 days so very pleased with my progress. The problem I have at the moment is my diet lacks iron. I am trying to avoid red meat, but would welcome suggestions for iron rich foods without breaking the calories bank

    Spinach and lentils are high in iron
