I'm really struggling at the moment. I reached maintenance about a month ago but since the stress of coronavirus I've really struggled to stay in control. I've had a binge this evening and ended up 2000 over. Does anyone have any advice? I feel embarrassed and ashamed.

Don't let a day or a few days wreck you then you'll slide into a routine. Remember when you are bored. Move first before you eat. Make it a rule 15-30 mins of movement before snacks and meals. You may not even want anything after ya shake ya groove thang a bit!! Also WATER!!! When you feel hungry for no reason drink some water!! Totally derail the ginger pains!! Most important of all is FORGIVE YOURSELF!!!! Perfection is impossible!! All things in moderation!! Never punish yourself!!! Keep moving keep your head up and you will stay strong!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!2
