Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Hi everyone! I just started Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred. I gained about 7-10 kgs within the last 2 years and aiming to lose them all again. I'm 5'6 at 70 kgs (per last month and I haven't checked the most recent weight since I dont have a scale where I am staying during covid situation). However I have a measuring tape so I can check my progress.
Here are my current measurements:
Bust: 93.5 cm. (Measure around the chest right at the nipple line, but don't pull the tape too tight)
Chest: 83 cm (Measure just under your bust)
Waist: 85 cm (Measure a half-inch above your belly button or at the smallest part of your waist)
Hips: 106 cm. (Place the tape measure around the biggest part of your hips)
Thighs: 64 cm (Measure around the biggest part of each thigh)
Calves: 37 cm (Measure around the largest part of each calf)
Upper arm: 32.5 cm (Measure around the largest part of each arm above the elbow)
Forearm: 25 cm (Measure around the largest part of the arm below the elbow)
