Well, I left for a while and tried Weight Watchers. I did not like the group meetings (usually one person became the centre of attention each week - the same person), and the recipes and tips were always for people with no dietary exclusions....and I can't have dairy, gluten, soy or grains. So it seemed like a big waste of money. I did all right for a while, but then COVID 19 with its isolation set in, and I've been stress eating, so I'm back to square one. My blood pressure is up too, likely from stress, but losing weight wouldn't hurt. Hoping I can make myself stick with this!
