Tried to lose weight for months, and now when I’m not exercising I lost it? Does anyone know why?

I was just wondering if anyone could explain this to me - if there is a scientific basis behind this or if maybe there’s something wrong (like hyperthyroidism). I’ve had been trying to reach my GW of 105 from 115 , so I would workout almost everyday, eat healthy but still in a defecit and the scale WOULDNT budge. Since the COVID quarantine, I must say I’ve been pretty lazy. Haven’t been counting calories, (and honestly guilty of eating more unhealthy foods from doordash) not exercising, but I stepped on the scale and weighed 105 and it’s stayed that way? Not that I’m complaining but why had I lost so much when I stopped exercising and eating properly? The only thing in my schedule that really changed was my sleeping pattern - I go to bed super late and wake up late afternoon now. Could circadian rhythms be the cause of this? I don’t feel like I look way thinner or that my clothes fit differently either but it’s been a couple weeks at this weight now so I don’t think it’s just water weight. Has anyone else had something like this before or know why it could be?
* Note 105 is a healthy weight for my height!

-- you're weighing yourself later in the day
-- you have less poop and things you're going to poop in transit because you're eating higher calorie lower in volume foods (I'm translating eating "healthy vs not" for you 😹)
-- if you sleep more you may actually be less stressed and have lowered cortisol
-- you are retaining less glycogen to feed your less used muscles so you lost some water weight because of that
-- you are retaining less water for muscle repair since you're no longer challenging your muscles as much
-- by eating close or at maintenance you may again have lowered the stress of a deficit and lowered cortisol and water retention

All this plus also have you accidentally reduced your calorie intake? You said you were sleeping into the late afternoon, kinda doing IF by accident? Have you continued to log your calories?
ETA no IF doesn't magically help you lose weight, I simply mean that have you reduced your eating window drastically compared to what you used to and therefore eating fewer calories6 -
Thank you for the insight I appreciate it!2

I think that might it’s because Muscle weigh heavier than fat. You can weigh the same but the proportions are different? The same thing happens to me when I go on vacation . I expect to gain weight but for some reason I stay the same despite eating unhealthily . I asked my trained friends and was told it’s the muscle vs fat theory .1
