Its not just my physical self that got quarantined. Apparently my motivation and self control did too.
This stupid fridge... working from home not 10 feet away from the fridge. If this virus doesn’t kill me, the block of sharp chedder will.
I’m like a teenager boy who has discovered his first adult magazine... I just can’t get enough.

Do you plan a menu? I find it easier to live thinking in terms of what I am eating or am going to eat, rather than just say no.
Staring down food that is detrimental to your plan can be a hard road to travel.
Or have you tried delay? As an example- can you identify a workable portion of that cheese? Can you pick a time to eat it late in the day? But this- if you get in the fridge for some other unhelpful pick, no cheese later.
And/or get a bag of baby carrots and give it a prominent place right inside the fridge. If you’re reaching in there just because you are pacing the floor, grab a couple of carrots. They will remind you that you have a plan to follow and give you something to munch on without breaking the calorie bank.
We’ll get past this. It’s only temporary.
