exercise then eat, or eat then exercise?

According to this article, research shows that walking after eating helps to reduce blood sugar levels. But I would recommend doing what is easiest for you. Speaking from experience, I can't lift as much weight if I try to do strength training on an empty stomach.

I always exercise first because I don't want to barf everywhere while im exercising lol....but a lot of times I will be hungry before I work out but when I am done Im not hungry any more so that helps me too0

I can't workout on an empty stomach unless its first thing in the morning, otherwise I get sick.0
