Calories under weekly goal

Hi guys! I’m just getting started and wrapping up my first week of tracking food and calories. Can any of you tell me what “calories under weekly goal” is referring to? Shouldn’t my calories under weekly goal be 3,500 to = one pound lost? My goal is 1 pound per week. I’ve been under my weekly goal, except for Saturday I went over by 160 calories.
Thank you!

No... it means that you have your usual deficit + whatever you are under. Honestly about 200 calories a day and if you went over on saturday like you claim that means you've been under eating even more.
You're barely scraping past 1200 calories daily and you really should be meeting your goals3 -
Your goal includes your deficit, so being under your goal means your deficit is larger than what you entered as your desired weight loss rate.
Being that much under your weekly goal is normal, since you haven't fully logged your Sunday yet.
