Hello my name is Dawn. I joined today and wanted to introduce myself to you all. I am three years out of having VSG surgery. I lost 140 pounds and gained back 60. So at it again for a lifestyle change. Allowing myself to eat right and excercise. With this app. and support from others that will help me get to my goal weight. To be healthy is my goal. Again thank you for having me.
