Can someone help with figuring out a calorie deficit?
MFP has me at like 1300 and am always hungry.
Will provide stats when asked. Thank you!!

    What is your weight loss set at, and how much are you trying to lose?

    Katie, MFP likely 'has you at' so little calories because you want too much too fast. Try reducing your weightloss goal and you'll be able to eat more.

    Did you enter 2 pounds a week as your weight loss goal? Choose a more reasonable goal and you will get more calories per day.

    Also, if you're exercising, are you including that in your daily calorie goal?

    Change your weight loss to 0.5 pounds per week and eat back your exercise calories.
