Finally pulled my lazy backside back to exercise

The first two weeks of lockdown I wasn’t feeling great, I had a lurgy ... not sure if it was coronavirus but I felt really rough and really sorry for myself.. so I ate and I drank .. a whole lot of wine

Week 3 I felt so rubbish and was back at my heaviest and thought what am I doing .. I live in a lovely town with a big common and golf course at the back .. so for the past week I’ve been out every day and done the 6.8k walk and then a 30 min team body project workout ..

I feel so much better mood wise .. helped by the unusually sunny April weather and I ache ... and I forgot what a satisfying feeling that was.

Take care everyone... we will all come out the other side and hopefully the community I’ve seen grow where I live is replicated everywhere else.
