Alright, I can not be the only one that has been fasted lunch hour at work reading success and weight loss stories and discussion on here?

    Do you mean, you didnt eat at lunch while reading success stories? Lol

    Cant say that's been a goal of mine. I like to eat while I read lol

    I usually don't forget to eat, but I definitely spend many a lunch hour scrolling through success stories, haha. One of my favorite parts of the MFP forum is Success Stories.
