Hi
Can anyone recommend a vegan protein powder please? I'm not concerned about flavours, just something to boost protein after workouts. I eat a lot with foods (tofu/tempah/beans/lentils etc) however, I'm always about 20-30g short daily on MFP.
I'm mostly wholefood plant based, so I want something which is wholefood if possible, with minimal processing.

You could look into Revolution Foods. Totally plant based comes in a selection of flavours including natural. it can even be made up with water or any of the vegan "milks". Nominally its £10 for 250 grams. 1 serving is 30g providing 22 g protein in 300 ml of your chosen fluid. The full nutritonal info incuding amenoacid profile is on the back of the packet. I buy mine in a local health food shop. Revolution Foods are on line and do personal sales, they had all the flavours when I looked, I don't know their delivery time scale because my local shop was able to deliver. Hope this fits your needs. Take care, South Coast Here.1

Do you have Bob's Red Mill products there? I know they're in the US - they sell basic protein powders that are unflavored and have few additional ingredients. I usually use their hemp protein powder, but I'm pretty sure they have other kinds.2

I second 100% hemp powder. Pretty simple stuff (just hemp) and not too expensive. Hopefully you can get it at a health food store or online.2

Well done finding prodicts to suit you. Macha so full of antioxidents its bound to be helpful. I think a friend finds it helpful for aches and pains. Was going to pm then saw the notification on the thread. Give my regards to the Shirley area, giggle, have family there. I expect the place is rather quiet for now even with all the intersting Polish and other National food shops. I'm at the far end of the new CBP council area on the other side of the New Forest. Shame its not encouraged to go out there for waking. Keep healthy.

Greetings from sunny Surrey!
The Protein Works have a large selection of vegan products.
It's one of those retailers that always seems to have a sale on but despite that I've found their products and service to be good.1
