What should I do? Weight went up and stalled?

K, so I've been losing about a pound a week like clockwork with the occasional stall for a couple days. However, I've been stuck at 154 for a week and today, it went up two pounds despite doing the exact same eating routine as usual per calorie. I have it set at 1700 but I know I overestimate all the time, I'm probably eating like 1400, maybe less but hey if it ain't broke why fix it. However, now I've come at this crossroads. I need help, should I just overeat for a couple days and see it if my weight drops?
