Day 2 of challenge- feeling good!

04/21 136.9 jumping in for the first time! Just finished 25 min Lumowell workout with weights. Have gained 9lbs since end of January from COVID stress!! I am ready to stop the madness!
04/22: 135.5 today. Super clean eating yesterday- grilled chicken with broccoli for dinner always helps me shed. Worked out with weights, walked the dogs, drank more water. Mentally feeling strong! About to workout now before another 12-13 hour work day 😅
