Hey I have just joined myfitnesspal, and reading through the others I am also starting Insanity.
I tried to keep up with the gym on many occasions, but the thought of me going alone, not knowing how to use most of the equipment, plus time restraints/motivation, as soon as I saw the program, I wanted to try it.
My motivation for this though, I have never really been massively obese, but I have never been in shape (usually half way), but hoping this will allow me to get rid of my belly. Plus Im not sure why, as I was talking to some of my friends, and they admitted they could only get through a week or two before giving up, is giving me motivation.
Hoping to start this in the first week of September, so if anyone else is up for it, could always start a motivation group, for daily progress etc.
Working out my BMR I should be eating 2400, and not having a lot of times to cook from fresh. I read you need 40/40/20 (Carbs/Protein/Fat) do you follow a strict diet or just cutting out all the bad rubbish?
