IIFYM friends?

Hello!
I have been on mfp for a good year and a half or so and I'm just starting doing hard out IIFYM'ing now. I'm an 18 year old girl who lifts 6 days a week and I want some new friends! I am looking for anyone who does IIFYM.
Flick me an add if you do IIFYM, or if not for that matter.

    I just had a look what it is, so i always focus on getting ca 120g protein, about 100g healthy fats and max 150g of carbs.
    So I actually do it, i just never heard of a name for it before.
    Or did i misunderstood something?

    It's hard somedays, but it works for me! :)
  • I'll add you. I rock my macros most days...some days I go a bit over on the carbs but most days I'm good.

    Helps to see other people spending their days doing the math.

    Feel free to add me, i also do iifym. train 6x days a week with hiit cardio 3-4 days a week. Starting smolov squat soon as well. 2nd try.
  • hi :) i'm new to iifym and myfitnesspal and need some advice/help on how to set up my profile to manage my macros best. does anyone have any suggestions? when i put in my calorie goal, my P/F/C didn't match my calculated macros. anyyy help would be greatly appreciated..also anyone else on the iifym train, add me
