Here I am back at square one but not really... so after being diagnosed with diabetes after Christmas I decided to take the insulin and change my eating habits as well as up
My exercise. I enjoy exercise I do not like planning meals or worrying about what’s what! So I decided to research about healthy eating for diabetes and I can to the conclusion I will eat mostly keto. They went ok sometimes stressful but over all I lost 22 pounds! In about 3 months I have since gained 4 to 6 back because I gave up starting with Easter instead of enjoying an extra for one day I have turned it into daily as well has drinking more. So here I am starting again, but I know what I need to do what I like to eat (in this new way of eating) and I know what exercises to enjoy, I also know I need to stay on track with my levels and insulin. So I’ve had coffee and 20oz of water and looking to eating a nice salmon burger and salad on the side and just finished a bike ride so I hit my 30 min goal for exercise. I’m not done yet looking forward to not indulging in junk and going for a family hike too :) I’m hoping by writing this somewhere will help keep me accountable?!

I was pre-diabetic & had A LOT of health issues before starting my journey, close to 300 lbs. I’ve lost 100+ lbs & my health issues are resolved, thank goodness! I’d love to cheer you on!! 💪🌟 You got this!!
