30 Day Challenge

So, I am new to the challenge world but I am trying to ramp it up. I did a round of Insanity earlier this year and lost about 25lbs. Then I gained some and lost it again. I want to keep the weight off so I am going to do a 30 day squat and crunch challenge ON TOP OF my second round of Insanity. Who's with me on the challenges?
