Trying again

Hi I've been on and off using mfp for a while now. Time to try again and stick to it. I am looking to drop around 40kg. One thing I'm trying to do is make small changes instead of big ones straight away.

    I think that's a great way to start. When I got back into fitness it wasnt even fitness. I just drank only water as my first change until I worked my way up to exercise. Good luck!
