Hi guys, this apps uses the actual macro content or the weight of the food?
Eg. 100g of jasmine rice has about 45g carbs. So would the app be recording it as 100g or 45g of carbs?

Carbs are listed for each serving amount you put in. The weight of the food is the 100grams. It is a different calibrated part.
So 100 grams of a food will then be broken down into macros. Every food is unique. There is likely protein and fat (plus water). Sugar is separate.0 -
