Health video about snacking
So it’s 3am and I am watching videos on this app. There is way too much information out there that is false, and this is one. He suggests that you should drink coffee or tea when you feel hungry between meals. Well...I hate to break it to you but caffeine does NOT reduce hunger but rather accelerates it! Why? Because it’s roasted. Anything that you cook that is “browned” in the cooking process is bad for you. There are tons of scientific research to back this up! Coffee is roasted. Coffee accelerates your heart rythum making your brain “tricked” into hunger! This health expert....he needs some education before telling you misinformation! Interested in more? Read Dr. Joel Furhman’s “Eat To Live” book! It has changed my life and saved my life!

Idk it works for me 🤷🏻♀️ If I drink coffee and keep busy I'll forget about food until I'm actually starving. Maybe the key is keeping busy? I eat most when I'm bored and /or stressed.1

I would be careful where you are getting your information. Caffeine works for many people to reduce hunger, including myself. There is no way I would be able to cut down to lower bodyfat without it.
And I would love it if it made me hungry right now since I'm trying not to lose weight (and I am) .. I eat roasted coffee, vegetables, meat, fish.. nope, not very hungry. Satiety is very individual so you cannot make blanket absolute statements about it and if you are finding information like that then I would definitely question its validity.2 -
So, you never "brown" any of your food? No roasting, grilling, baking, frying or sautéing?
Do you only boil your food? Or just eat it raw?
Sounds like a terrible way to live your life.
I would do more research into your claims if I were you...and read more than one book.
Also, coffee and tea absolutely kill any hunger that I have.2 -
