Fitbit Versa crashed after update?

Any versa owners have this happened here recently? I've only had the darn thing since Sept and now it's totally blank! My El cheapo flex lasted 4 years, I'm just really irritated and I wonder if it's cuz they recently released a new Fitbit model and want peeps to upgrade? Maybe nobody is Manning the app cuz of covid? I'm just at a loss and disappointed 😔

Check the fitbit forum. I'm sure there are other people with that problem. Fitbit customer service is rubbish, but they might have a fix for this.
