Headed back to college, How can I stay on track?

So I'm heading back to college and honestly I'm kinda nervous about how my eating is gonna go. Even when I thought that I was eating right in the dinning hall I still was gaining weight. I will definitely be watching my snacking up there this time but any college students have any suggestions on eating healthy without starving in a dining hall.

FYI I take full advantage of the gym I have offered to me it just my food problems
