I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I earn extra calories by exercising, is it better to eat the extra calories or does it make it better if I don't and keep it at the 1200 original calories for weight loss? Will it hinder the weight loss, if I don't eat them? I hope this makes sense.

    Yes. You should be eating back your exercise calories.

    Thank you. I thought so but just needed to check so I didnt end up adding more weight unintentionally.
