Hi Everyone, I am struggling with figuring out a good macro split. Can anyone give me some advice? I am at around 2000 calories. Thanks!

In a general sense without knowing your current stats, training, or goals, aiming for .8-1.2g of protein per lb of lbm, .35-.6g of fat and the rest carbs (and 30g of fiber), than you should be good to start.
So roughly 45% carbs, 30% fats, 25% protein.2 -
Same here!
Have used many different calculators and they all seems to be giving similar calorie intake, but completely different macro % goals.
As I would like to loose weight & body fat, I have decided to do 25% carbs; 35% fat and 40% protein at the moment. However have no idea if this is correct.
Eventually adding weight training in, it should be 30% carbs, 30% fat and 40% protein..
